I haven't reviewed the preview sheets on this blog in a while and I thought that there were a few interesting items to note.
In Dana Point on August 8, 2008 a property on Via Verde will be auctioned off. I know we don't hear much about auctions unless the property is in deep trouble, but in many parts of the country, auctions are a normal way of buying and selling real estate.
